Was recommended this one by a friend. It's certainly good to read about anger before it ever becomes a big problem in your life! Very interesting stuff, at least in the first half, about how different people mismanage their anger. And I learned an important distinction between anger (the emotion) and aggression (the negative actions usually associated with anger). Anger itself can be very good; it's just how many people choose to express it that can be bad for others or themselves. The third part was about steps to change your behavior, which weren't particularly applicable to me, but I think if I were in the situation, I'd need more than a set of steps in a book to work through it. Then again... that was one of the steps anyway (getting outside help; not doing it on your own.)
