Whew! This was a long volume.  I had heard a few of the stories before in I, Robot, but this was a near-complete collection of Asimov's robot stories.

I almost wish I had made more notes or reviewed individual stories.  Some of the first few were so short, yet presented an insight or moral so clearly... it was really interesting.

It's also been interesting to read through this as I watch Battlestar Galactica, where humanoid robots (Cylons) are so hated by humanity.

The real insight, or question, one that may never be answered, is whether something man-made can have a soul.  And if intelligence is enough to define a soul, what level of intelligence? Who determines that?  Deep questions!
