I generally like John Grisham. This book is pretty good in a Grisham fashion, but it's disappointing how it pictures conservative Christians and 'values-minded' people as the 'bad-guys' throughout the story. I haven't seen how it ends, but it looks like the theme will continue. Okay, Spoiler Warning: Grisham seems to be 50/50 for happy/crappy endings. I like happy endings. I feel like I wasted 12 hours of my life listening to this one. Bah! I kept expecting the underdogs to win in the end... but nothing happened. It certainly did, however, made me think more about campaigns and the like that seem heavily supported from one side... There are always two sides to every story.
