Welcome to DigiMuzik's Web 1.0 HomePage

One of my many personas
Okay, don't take this too seriously...
(Psst: refresh for new image or click the secret spot)

A super-minimalist portal of information relevant and of mild interest to one Wisconsinite family man and seasoned software developer.

To stick to my roots, this site and its children are mostly void of fancy schmancy Web 2.0 stuff. Ostensibly this is so the two of you still using ancient IE versions can still read it. Because I care about you.

No "flat" images here. Eventually the glassy style will come back...honestly!

Red Links

A fun place to work and
very tolerant of color-blindness
(also...Red is literally in their name)

Epic
A very large EMR company
based out of Verona, WI

Lego
Lego standardized on red in 1955,
and it has been awesome ever since.

Geocaching
A great hobby (at least a quarter of the old logo is red...ish)

CyRide
If you ever need to get somewhere in Ames, IA, I can\'t recommend these guys enough.

HL7
Standards org; also has a nice, red logo

Life Updates

  • April, 2019 - What's one more? Even if not human, the score is 7-1. I'm losing, but also winning greatly!
  • June, 2017 - Returned to my roots - left Wisconsion for the family homeland of Iowa
  • September, 2015 - How exciting: Amazon just gave me a ton of free apps and so much more!
  • March, 2014 - Tritto. Score is now 6-1.
  • April, 2012 - Ditto. Crazy, but awesome!
  • January, 2010 - Holy cow, my house is being overrun by girls!
  • June, 2006 - Bought first house - woo hoo!
  • May 21, 2005 - Got married (leave this here to remind me)
  • February 16, 2004 - Lost a family member.... Frank is dead. Oh well. C'est la vie.
  • February 13, 2004 - I will not be a CyRide dispatcher in the near future. Oh well. C'est la vie.
  • January 22, 2004 - Nothing Much...
  • More Life Updates (the real family blog)

Site Updates

  • December, 2020 - The world hasn't ended yet, so maybe I'll use Christmas break to clean up the horrible HTML all over this site that was started in notepad and never really updated.
  • May, 2015 - So nice to finally be on a new web server. And in spite of my resistance to new-agey web stuff, this site is now responsive and mobile-friendly.
  • January, 2015 - I thought I might host a standards project on a subpage here, so I figured a tiny refresh was in order
  • April 17, 2012 - Since Bluehost broke my galleries, I took them off the page. In other news, this table fits perfectly on a standard widescreen monitor now!
  • February 16, 2011 - Yes, I update this sometimes! Tweaked the layout a bit, and added WWT!
  • October 11, 2008 - Got rid of that silly old wordpress thingy and brought back my personal website of days gone by. I shall resist any attempts at using CSS or PHP programming and stick to the plain old HTML I started with years ago.
  • June 27, 2004 - Replaced this awesome site with a new-age Wordpress blog. Actually, I never made this post until I resurrected the original site in 2008
  • Really Old Updates

Ancient Pages

WWT-Live!

Wow, I found my old Geocities page from 1995, and decided to put it up here, completely unaltered.

Ode to Math 265-H

Tribute to my most favorite ISU math class ever!

ScheduleClass Schedule

Because for some reason you might want to know what classes I took in college?
